The DU geometry is a ‘’ Drilling Universal’’ geometry for P/M/K/N/S materials, DU offers excellent chip control.

DU drilling geometry is designed for producing short holes up to three times diameters from 17.5mm to 55 mm.

DU indexable drills use WCMT-style inserts with three cutting edges in five sizes.

DU has positive top rake and PVD coating. Identical inserts may be used on the inner and outer positions of the drill body.

DU drills are perfectly used in stainless steel plates machining.
