Traditional contact measurement struggles with carbide rods with complex structures such as spiral coolant holes.Our dedicated optical vision measuring machine achieves accurate profile reconstruction through non-contact inspection.

 

 

 

• Accurate measurement of complex threads

The machine supports synchronous scanning along spiral paths and adaptive inspection based on helix angles, faithfully restoring thread profiles.It easily handles inclined threads, trapezoidal threads and multi-start threads, solving industry challenges of inaccurate measurement and mismatched dimensions.

 

• Full-size coverage, non-destructive inspection

One clamping completes full-size inspection: major diameter, minor diameter, pitch, thread angle (±0.1° accuracy), concentricity and more.Non-contact optical inspection prevents scratches and damage, making it ideal for precision materials such as cemented carbide and ceramics, ensuring premium quality at shipment.
